Before you begin:
Please acquire a *.csv file from your Business Manager, Registrar or Admin Team containing the following information for your patrons:
Students
- First Name
- Surname
- Enrolment Number
- Year Level
- Homeroom
- Email address (if applicable)
Teachers
- First Name
- Surname
- Email address
- Staff ID (not a must have but if you can get it that would be nice.)
- Classgrade
- Homeroom
N.B. These fields are the minimum requirements. Additional information can be imported into the system.

The start of year procedures with SmartSuite-Library and TV4Education involves two steps:
1) Move your patrons to a LEFT group
This step allows the system to weed out patrons who have exited your school or organisation.

2) Import your student list from your Business Manager, Registrar, Admin Team
This step:
a) Re-classifies users into correct Class/Grades
b) Add new enrolments to the system
c) Amends any details for patrons' records (e.g. Updates surnames for users who were married over the break)
