How do Reviews work in SmartSuite?
In order to reduce moderation requirements for administrators, SmartSuite’s reviews are automatically moderated.
SmartSuite is connected with a database of over 1,000 forbidden words and phrases. If any of these words, phrases or derivatives are identified in a review, SmartSuite will:
- Hide the review from public viewing.
-Store the review as Pending Approval.
SmartSuite also allows other users to Report reviews. This will allow your clients to assist in moderating the database for your school's wider community.
See below as to how you can manage the reviews.
1. Click System Menu and select Patron -> Rating Reviews.
The Ratings and Reviews management page will appear.
3. All items highlighted in red require your attention.
4. Either select Approve or Delete.
