Instead of searching and trying to locate the record every time you want to use it, why not 'favourite' the item into your My Items work space?
Accessing 'My Items'
1. Log in with your personal SmartSuite Account.
2. From the System Menu click on

Adding Records From the Database to 'My Items'
1. Navigate to your 
page and locate the record you wish to add your 'My Items'.
2. Once you have located the record, click on 
to add to your 'My Items'.
The system will notify you when the program has been added.
Adding Programs from TV4Education or YouTube to 'My Items'
1. Navigate to your 
page and locate the program you wish to add your 'My Items'.
2. Once you located the program click on the program to bring up the player. Once the player is on the screen click on to add to your 'My Items'.
The system will notify you when the program has been added.
