1. Click 
-> Circulation -> Circulation.
2. In the first field, scan or enter in the user that wants to loan out a resource.
You can enter / scan the following to bring up the user:
- Barcode
- First Name
- Surname
3. Under the Patron's name click on the 
icon.
If the user has an email address, they will be sent a reminder email containing all their loans.
