TV4Education v3.0 allows administrators to bulk upload their schools' students and teachers in 3-easy steps.
Required information for each user account is:
- Firstname
- Surname
- Email address
- Classgrade (Year Level)
Classgrade is used by the system to identify the access level of each user.
Please ensure all year levels are formatted as numerics only with no leading numbers (e.g. zero's).
Available classgrades are:

Step (1) download the Bulk User Template
1) Log into your TV4Education v3.0 account
2) Click your profile logo () followed by My School
3) Expand the School Users section
4) Click
5) Click Download the Template
Step (2) organise your user information according to the template
1) Export your user information from your school or institutions user management database
2) Format the user information according to the template from Step (1)
Do not modify the:
- Column Order
- Column headers
Doing so will affect your import
3) Save your new file as a *.csv
Step (3) Importing into TV4Ed Essentials
1) Log into your TV4Education v3.0 account
2) Click your profile logo () followed by My School
3) Expand the School Users section
4) Click
5) Select the file that you prepared in Step 2 and click Open
6) TV4Education v3.0 will begin importing your users.
7) If there are any issues, TV4Education v3.0 will display them in the Import Results Pop-Up
