SmartSuite Library now includes a 'Help Me Find' feature, designed to help students navigate their search for resources within your library collection. Students can choose between 2 prompt suggestions: 

• Fun Stuff, and
• My Subjects

Fun Stuff

The Fun Stuff prompt in Help Me Find enables users to explore exciting and enjoyable content within your library collection. Selected prompts are automatically matched with relevant subject terms, helping users discover resources that spark curiosity and encourage reading.

1. Head to your main Search Page.
2. Find the 'Help Me Find' prompt next to the Advanced Search button.

    3. Select the 'Fun Stuff' prompt.

  4. Choose the Discovery areas you would like to explore. You can select more than one area at a time, and each selection will be highlighted with a border to show it is active. 

  5. Select 'Find Books' to action your search. 

My Subjects

The My Subjects prompt enables users to quickly find educational resources related to their subjects. Through advanced ACARA synchronisation, subject terms are matched with the corresponding ACARA codes to provide relevant resources that promote research and learning. 

1. Head to your main Search Page.
2. Find the 'Help Me Find' prompt next to the Advanced Search button.
3. Select the My Subjects prompt.

  4.  From here, you can refine your search by selecting different options to find the best match. The first two prompts allow only one selection, while the final prompt lets you select multiple options at once. A highlighted border will appear around your final prompts, indicating how many prompts are active in your search. 

   5. Select Find Books to action your search.
