Default Copy Availability toggle.

Do you want the copy Availability to show when you click on a record in SmartSearch?

1. From the Menu select Settings >> System Settings

2. Click the  tab

3. Expand the "Item Information Page tab"

4. Set the Expand 'Availability' by default: to Yes

5. Click

Now when you click on a record in SmartSearch the Availability will expand for you.
