You can approve a reported review from two areas within SmartSuite:
i) The review management console
ii) From the Book Information page
Review management console
1) Log into SmartSuite with a user that has the Role: Review Manager
2) Click -> Search -> Rating and Review Management
3) Reviews highlighted in red have been reported and are currently in quarantine (not published).
4) Moderate the review, if it is appropriate, click and select Approve
Book Information Page
1) Log into SmartSuite with a user that has the role: Review Manager
2) Execute a search for a book or resource using your Search bar
3) Click on the book cover of the item which has a review to approve.
4) Scroll down until you see the reviews section:
5) Reported reviews will be highlighted in red
6) Moderate the review, if it is appropriate, click and select Approve
