Why can't I see my review after clicking the + icon?
SmartSuite contains a filter technology called EduSafe which ensures a safe and profanity free environment for all users.
You're review was has not been published directly to the interface because EduSafe has identified some potential concerns with your review (such as profanities, bullying or sensitive content) and has sent it to your systems Review Managers for further moderation.
As soon as the review has been moderated by the Review Managers, it will be published to SmartSuite.
