SmartSuite Library now includes a spell check feature that identifies misspelt keywords and offers correctly spelt suggestions with an accompanying search prompt, allowing users to quickly correct and refine their search terms. 

These spelling suggestions may appear in 2 different ways, depending on the misspelt keyword:

• Direct Correction, or
• Suggestion List

Direct Correction

A Direct Correction prompt displays a single-word suggestion when the system is confident it has identified the intended term. Users can select the Search button next to the corrected keyword to immediately update their search. 

Suggestion List

A Suggestion List appears when the system finds multiple possible corrections for a misspelt keyword. Users can choose the correct spelling from the drop-down menu, then select the Search button to update their search results.
