Homeroom search

Patrons can now be found by searching or filtering by their homeroom, making it easier to process borrowing and returning for specific classes.

Scan with a device camera

Use the camera on a compatible phone, tablet or computer to scan patron and resource barcodes without requiring a separate barcode scanner.

Inter-Library Loans

The new Inter-Library Loans workflow helps libraries request and manage resources between participating schools.

Libraries can:

• Request a resource from another school
• Select the required loan period
• Approve or decline incoming requests
• Provide a reason when declining
• Track requests from the Inter-Library Loans dashboard

New Self Circulation module

The redesigned Self Circulation module provides students and staff with a simpler experience for borrowing and returning resources independently.

The updated landing page focuses on the two primary actions—Borrow and Return—making it easier for users to begin their transaction.

New Catalogue Serials module

The new Catalogue Serials module provides an updated workflow for managing serial publications and their associated issues within SmartSuite.

Statistics and reporting

A new Replacement Cost field has been added to Statistics, providing additional information for reporting and collection analysis.

Wonde Mapping Template Updated

The Wonde mapping template has been updated as part of this release. These changes support improved data mapping and help ensure smoother syncing between Wonde and SmartSuite.
