Editing Title and Copy Information

Editing a Catalogue Record.

1. Click  -> Catalogue -> Catalogue.

2. Find the record you want to modify by clicking  from the toolbar at the bottom of the window. 

3. Modify the information you wish to change by clicking into the field and re-typing or selecting the correct information. 

4. Click .

Editing a Copy record.

1. Click  -> Catalogue -> Catalogue.

2. Find the record you want to modify by clicking  from the toolbar at the bottom of the window. 

3. Enter in the copy you wish to edit.

4. Click on the v arrow next to the barcode to expand the copy to show all information.

Edit the information you wish to change.

5. Click Save.
