- You will be notified in your mailbox when your request is ready.
To get there click
-> Mailbox. - You can then use the message filter to show requests by status. Select "completed" to show requests that are ready to play. Then click the request you want to play.
- Follow the clickable prompts on your message to play the video or save it to "My Items".
