1. Click 
-> Catalogue -> Catalogue.
2. Using 
to find the records you wish to hide from the search page.
3. On BASIC tab you will find the Show in search tick box.
4. If the option is ticked then the item will appear in the search.
5. If the option is unticked then the item will not appear in the search.
