This article will detail how to adjust video security levels for appropriate patron viewing.
Changing default video security settings
1. Head to System Menu > Configuration > Authority Editor
2. Select 'Default Video Settings' from the drop down options.
3. Select the edit icon next to the Classification that you want to edit.
4. Input your desired security level & select 'Save'.
These security levels will correspond with your patron security levels. You can read more information about setting these security levels here.
NOTE: Patron security levels are a great way to manage what patrons have access to. Each patron can only access resources at or below the security level assigned to their class grade, ensuring that content remains appropriate and secure.
Changing Video Classification
1. Select the video and click 'Edit'.
2. This will open the video's catalogue information. Select the 'Digital' tab.
3. Select the Classification from the drop-down options & Save your changes.
