Catalogue Alerts

Certain functions in SmartSuite-Library appear as alerts in Catalogue. This help article goes over all alerts that can be found in Catalogue. 

Viewing Alerts

1. Click  -> Catalogue -> Catalogue.

2. Find the record you want to view the alerts for by clicking  from the toolbar at the bottom of the window. 

3. Enter in the copy you wish to view alerts for.

4. Hover over the icon to view the alert for the copy

- Indicates that this copy record is a kit's master record. 
Example:

- Indicates that this copy record is apart of a kit. 

Example:

If no icon is present, then this copy record doesn't have any alerts.
