As a librarian, you can encourage your patrons to leave reviews and ratings by promoting them on your library's website and social media accounts. By doing so, you will be providing a valuable service to your patrons and improving the overall success of your library. Let's see how easy it is to leave a review in SmartSuite
1) Execute a search for a book or resource using your Search bar
2) When you find a record that you want to leave a review for click on the book cover.
3) You will be taken to the Book info page, scroll down until you see the reviews section:
4) Click Write Review
5) Click a star to represent your rating of the book
6) Type your review into the review box
7) Once you have completed your rating and review, click the icon to save your review.
Your review will be published if SmartSuite's EduSafe filters don't identify any suspect phrases or profanities which may require moderator approval.
