Reserving a book/resource

SmartSuite allows users to reserve a resource from the library to ensure the resource is placed on hold and not borrowed to other users. 

Process

1) Log into SmartSuite v4.1 

2) Execute a search for a resource that you would like to reserve in the SmartSearch bar at the top of the window

3) Click on the resource to load the Book Information page

4) Click the button

5) SmartSuite will display the estimated pickup date and your number in the queue
