Reserving a book/resource on behalf of another user (Admins Only)

SmartSuite allows users to reserve a resource from the library to ensure the resource is placed on hold and not borrowed to other users. 

Users with the following User Roles can reserve books on behalf of other users: 

- Administrators

- Librarians

- Reservation Manager

Process

1) Log into SmartSuite v4.1 

2) Execute a search for a resource that you would like to reserve in the SmartSearch bar at the top of the window

3) Click on the resource to load the Book Information page

4) Click the button

5) Click and locate the user you would like to reserve this resource for

6) SmartSuite will display the estimated pickup date and the number in the queue for this user
