Reordering the reservation queue

SmartSuite allows users to reserve a resource from the library to ensure the resource is placed on hold and not borrowed to other users. 

Reservation managers and system administrators have the privilege to reorder the reservation queue to prioritise users for the resource.  

Users with the following User Roles can reorder the reservation queue: 

- Administrators

- Librarians

- Reservation Manager

Process

1) Log into SmartSuite v4.1 

2) Execute a search for a resource that you would like to reserve in the SmartSearch bar at the top of the window

3) Click on the resource to load the Book Information page

4) Click the button

5) Click the or  icons to reorder the queue
