Deleting a reservation on behalf of another user (Admins only)

SmartSuite allows users to reserve a resource from the library to ensure the resource is placed on hold and not borrowed to other users. 

Reservation managers and system administrators have the privilege to delete reservations on behalf of another user.  

Users with the following User Roles can delete reservations: 

- Administrators

- Librarians

- Reservation Manager

Process

1) Log into SmartSuite v4.1 

2) Execute a search for a resource that you would like to reserve in the SmartSearch bar at the top of the window

3) Click on the resource to load the Book Information page

4) Click the button

5) Click the icon next to the reservation that you would like to delete
