This article will detail how to edit a report that has already been published.
Before proceeding, please NOTE: You can only edit reports under Reports created by me.
If you believe a report under Reports created by FSI needs editing, please contact the FSI Support Team.
1. Click the Menu and select Reports > Reports.
2. In the Reports module, you will see a list of reports that already exist. This list is divided between Reports created by FSI and reports that you have created, Reports created by me.
3. Double-click on the report you want to edit, and select from the bottom bar.
4. You can select which area you want to edit from the Report tabs above your report.
Conditions is the filters that your report uses to search for data. If you are wanting to edit Conditions, you will need adjust the settings of your Condition bars.
Ordering Setting is the order by which your data is displayed. For example if you want to order your results in alphabetical order by surname - you can make these adjustments here.
Result Data is where you can alter what results appear on your report.
Template is where you can alter margins, change fonts and change other components of your report template. Click here to read more about editing a report template.

5. Make sure you save your changes by selecting from the bottom bar.
