Follow the steps to run the Admin User Audit Report, review each user, and update or remove access as needed. It’s simple, fast, and one of the easiest ways to keep your SmartSuite environment secure.
1. Click -> Reports -> Reports
2. Under Creports created by FSI click Patron
3. Double-click Admin user audit report
4. When the report loads, click Generate at the bottom of the page
All users listed on this report have full administrative rights. Click the 'Pencil' icon on the right of the user to open their patron record. - From here you can either:
Change their user role
or
Deleting the Patron
