Generating ALS Refresh Report

This article will detail how to generate and submit the ALS Refresh Report. 

All submissions of the ALS Refresh Report should be made to *ALS Email*

Head to the Function menu  and select Reports > Reports. 

Under the heading Reports created by FSI, select Catalogue > ALS Refresh Report. 

 This report is ready to generate as is. Select from the bottom bar to generate the report. 

After the report is generated, select to export your ALS Refresh data.

By selecting Export Data, your downloaded ALS Refresh can be found in your downloads list. 

Before sending this data off to ALS, please open your document and check that the ISBN's have formatted correctly. To format these cells, you will need to: 

- Highlight the ISBN column 

- Right-click and select "format cells"

- Select "Number" from the list of Categories

- Select the whole number, second from the top

- Reduce the decimal places to 0

- Select "Ok"

Your ALS Refresh Report is now ready to send off to the ALS team!
