This article will detail how to generate a report on all items in your collection that have their copy status marked as "Lost".
1. Go to Function Menu and select Reports > Reports.
2. Select Catalogue > Copies by Copy Status under Reports Created by FSI. When you select this report, only click once.
3. Select along the bottom bar.

Details about Lost Copy Status
You can also view details like the time and date of your item's "Lost" Copy Status.
This is done by adding 'Copy Comment' and/or 'Last Modified By' to the Result Data tab of your report.
Copy Comment: Displays information about an item if it was marked as "Lost" in the Circulation module.
Last Modified By: The information shown under this option is based on the assumption that the most recent modification to the item was a change to its copy status - specifically, that it was marked as "Lost". However, these details do not explicitly confirm that a copy status change has occurred.
