Generating Report to show Titles without Barcodes

This article will detail how to run a report on titles with no barcodes. 

During the weeding process in SmartSuite, there is a feature that you need to tick called "Delete titles with no copies attached". Sometimes this step is missed and can result in titles with no copies attached. 

To find these titles, you can generate a report called "Titles without Barcodes". 

Head to the Function Menu and select Reports > Reports 

From here, head to the list of reports under Reports created by FSI and select Catalogue > Titles without Barcodes

This report is ready to generate, so you can select from the bottom bar. 

This report will show you all titles without barcodes. If you would like to specify your search you will need to add condition bars. You can do this by selecting along the bottom bar.

In the tab, you can add more conditions to the report by selecting next to the first condition bar. You can select the specifications for your search from the drop down options. 

Select from the bottom bar to generate the report.
