FSI Community

• Like button now turns red after you’ve liked a post.

• Spelling correction: “Yesterday” fixed across the UI.

• Notification reliability improved: viewing a post now correctly clears its notification badge.

Mailbox (Tickets)

• CC behaviour aligned with legacy Helpdesk: CC’d patrons supported using the admin flag logic.

• Customers can now mark a ticket as Solved from their side.

• Categories updated to the correct global set.

Patron Management & Access

• Save validation for elevated roles (Administrator, Teacher, Librarian): an email address is now required to save the patron.
  Message shown:

  “The account you are trying to create does not contain an email address. Please add an email address before saving.”

• New Role of Reservation Manager can now search for patrons when reserving an item.

Wonde Integration

• Clearer pending status copy during onboarding:

• New Template to allow users to see what information is coming into SmartSuite/TV4Education and where you want it to go.

Templates & UI Polish

• Training certificate: refreshed layout.

• Perks & Prints: moved higher in the menu and hooked into the new notification.

Discovery & Search

• TV4Education search results now support Order by Season/Episode.

• SORA launches with a blank search so users see results immediately (mirrors “My School’s collection” behaviour).

• Federated Search: provider label updated from Overload → Overdrive.

• Recommendations: left-click not opening
  Currently, items can be opened via right-click → “Open link in new tab.” This has been fixed. 

• Series search for TV4Education
