SmartSuite Discovery Page
The Discovery Page brings a new experience, a cleaner interface, a smarter organisation, and a modern design that makes it easier than ever for students, teachers, and library users to find exactly what they need. The FSI team also updates this page on a weekly schedule, so you know that nothing will be missed.
This is available to all SmartSuite and TV4education users.
Search Bar
We have put the search back on the page. This is to allow easier access for all students and users to search.
Search Results
With the new SmartSuite Discovery page layout, we have also freshened up the search results page. The new interactive movement, when you hover over items, helps you know what you are looking at.
The updated Availability of the item shows in green when it is available and red when not. Along with the coloured background of the record, showing red when it is not available. This is to help students see a difference in the records.
TV4Ed search results
Now shows the program rating in the bib info page.
And Loans is changed to Views for TV4Education items
Patron Management
We have added a new field to the patron management module.

FIXES
Self Registration form
- Updated the Street heading to be Address
- Suburb was showing for the State field, This has been updated.
- Error message that showed when there was no SMS subscription set up has been changed.
- Fixed a spelling error in the pop up error for duplicate username.
PRC Import
Issue with a library missing was forcing the PRC to not complete. This has been fixed.
The most upto date PRC list has been added.
Authority Editor
- Fixed an issue when you would generate a report from the global functions module, it loaded no report.
