Updating Contact Permissions - Wonde

This article will go through how Wonde users can sync Parent / Guardian information to SmartSuite or TV4Education. 

1. Log into your Wonde Portal & select 'Functional Solutions'. 

2. Navigate to the Permissions tab and expand the Contacts field using the + icon. 

3. You can adjust the toggles for individual fields that you want to include in your Wonde sync. You can also adjust the toggle to stop individual fields from syncing. 

4. Once you are happy with your adjustments, you can select the green 'Update permissions' button. 

You will be able to sync your selected data permissions into Functional Solutions via Wonde within 2 - 4 hours.
