In the Support Mailbox, the CC list is available above the 'Your Message' field.
This CC list reflects all users at your site that have Administrative or Librarian permissions.
To CC these users into your support ticket, you can click on their name and a highlight will appear (the colour of this highlight will depend on your computer settings).
This highlight means the user is now cc'd into your support ticket.
You can highlight multiple users by holding down the Shift key while selecting multiple users.
To Remove a patron from being CC'd into your support ticket, hold down the CTRL key and click the name that you wish to remove.
If you suspect that you have accidentally cc'd someone into your ticket, please let us know so we can remove the cc'd user from our end.
