In this article, you'll be shown how to add Covers in your Overdue Email reports
1. Click
-> Reports -> Reports.

2. Under Reports created by ME select Overdue > select Overdue Email
Note: Name might be different depending what you've called the report, select the one you want to add Book Covers too.
3. With Overdue Email highlighted, select
.
4. Select > Select Results Data tab

5. Click the +, which will create the header Accession Number
Note: This step is only required if Cover isn't already listed.

6. Click the next to Accession Number, locate Cover and select it.
Note: This step is only required if Cover isn't already listed.

7. Select the template tab

8. Create another entry into the table by hovering over the table and clicking the +

9. Use the drop down arrow, find Cover [Small Image] and select it.
Note: You can dictate the size of the book covers by choosing [Small Image], [Medium Image] or [Large Image].

10. Rearrange the table to the specifications you prefer and select .

11. Select to check the changes and view the addition of Cover.
