My Profile - How Users Can Check Their Own Loans

Overview

My Profile is users go to view: 

• Your loans and overdues 
• Available reservations
• Recommendations on Videos to watch
• Recommendations on Books to read
• Latest TV4Ed requests (Teachers and Admins only)
• Latest Support Tickets (Admins only)
• System awards and achievements (Admins only)

Accessing My Profile and Checking Loans

1. Login to SmartSuite and click on the Profile Icon () followed by My Profile

2. Click the     tab

3. All loans, overdues and reservations information will now be displayed
