When a student claims that they have returned a resource but the resource is still on loan to them, you have the ability to mark the item as "Claimed Returned".
1. Click 
-> Circulation -> Circulation.
2. Load up the patron that has claimed that they had returned the resource.
3. Find the record you wish to mark as claimed returned and click on the 
icon to expand the record (if it is not already expanded).
4. Click 
.
You will receive a popup to confirm the change and also allow you to enter in a message.
5. Hit 
to save your change.
The resource will remain on loan to the patron but will appear orange. This is to let you know that this user claimed that this item was returned.
