User Roles

• Additional user roles to increase the accessibility of functions to different users

Reservations Manager - Any user with this role will be able to: 

             > Search for a user to reserve a book on behalf of

             > Resend reservation messages through the reserves widget

             > Re-order reservations queues

             > Delete reservations for users

Reports Manager - Any user with this role will be able to: 

             > Run all reports

             > Export reports

             > Print reports 

             > Customise reports

             > Save reports 

             > Share reports

Additional Fields for Spine Labels

• Spine labels now allow users to select additional catalogue fields to display on spine labels

For example: 

             > Location

             > Sub-Location

             > Primary Author

             > Primary Subject

                etc

When selecting fields to add to your template, please ensure you are selecting the token post-fixed with (Label)

e.g.

New file format support for File Uploader

• File upload now supports *.m4a files allow users to upload these file extensions directly to catalogue records
