My Profile - with Smart Recommendations

SmartSuite's new My Profile feature is more than just a place to check your loans and overdues. 

SmartSuite now tailors recommendations for each and every user, every time they visit the page. Our recommendations include Books, Videos, TV4Education Videos, Websites and more for your clients.

The more they use the system, the better their recommendations will be. 

In addition to recommendations, My Profile allows users to view information on their SmartSuite Profile such as: 

• Current Loans: View all resources currently on-loan, including due dates, cover images and more
• Current Overdues: View all resources currently overdue, including a count of how many days overdue the resource is, cover images and more
• Reservations: Which resources they are in the queue for, estimated pick-up dates and alert for available resources
• Recommendations: Smart-Recommendations on Books, Videos, TV4Ed Videos, Websites and more for each individual
• System awards and achievements (Administrators only)

Smart-Training Awards, Achievements and PD Certificates

Be rewarded for investing into your SmartSuite and TV4Education knowledge. 

Smart-Training was launched in June of 2022 and provided users with bite sized, In-System training. 2-5minute training sessions on everything from system setup and customisation to cataloguing and circulation. 

Now, receive badges, awards and professional development certificates for every training course that you complete. 

All Smart-Training lessons already completed have already been RPL'd so you can start printing your PD certificates today. 

SCIS Cover Images Auto-Harvester

• SmartSuite-Library has now added SCIS as an additional datasource to download cover images from
• There's nothing you need to do, simply catalogue your books and SmartSuite will do the rest

New Profile Avatar (My Profile)

• All users have the ability to customise their own avatar for their personal profile 
• Avatar's will be used in future features:
