Teacher Import - Prerequisites

Prerequisites for Importing Teachers into SmartSuite-Library or TV4Education

Before attempting to perform a patron import, you will first need to ensure you have acquired a CSV file with your patron information. 

At a minimum, your file should contain:

• First Name
• Surname
• E-mail (mandatory for staff import)

Optional fields may also include: 

• Employee number
• Homeroom / Form

Please note, you can include any other information that you would like to import into SmartSuite-Library and TV4Education.
