Setting up Student Login

This article explains setting up student login in 3 easy steps! 

1. Ensure all students have a user profile with an email address

Some Single Sign-On systems create a profile for users when they first login. This is also the case for WONDE users. However, if your system does not allow for this kind of profile creation, you can bulk import your student users using the Patron Import feature. You can read more about Patron Imports here. 

2. Bulk-send a Welcome letter to all student users

You can invite students to start using their TV4Ed or SmartSuite access by sending out Welcome Letters. Sending out these welcome letters is an easy process that you can perform via the Reports module.

3. Configure login credentials

In their welcome letters, students can find their username and login portal access (blue login button). 

In this welcome letter, students can click on the blue login button, enter their username & create their new password.
