SmartSuite and TV4Education allow you to share programs with other members of your organisation. Let's have a look at how this is done.
1. When you have found a program that you wish to share with another user at your organisation click on the button.
The share settings will appear.
2. You can set a link expiry if you would like the students to only have access to the program for a specific amount of time.
3. Using the "Share With" drop-down select the classgrade you wish to share this program with.
4. After you have selected the classgrade the "Share Link" field will refresh. This is the link you can now email to the class. Once they click on the link it will ask them to log in. Once they have logged in they will be able to watch the program.
