Can't play a video in fullscreen with SmartSuite v4.1 on an iPad

Are you experiencing a Fullscreen is not allowed in this browser or frame error when attempting to play a video in fullscreen? 

SmartSuite Version: v4.1.1 (or later) 

Cause: 

This issue is occuring on older iPad Operating Systems. 

Resolution: 

Upgrade your devices OS to 16.7.2 or later.
