We’re excited to help you begin your move from Libcode to SmartSuite Library.

As part of your onboarding journey, our team will need a backup of your current Libcode system. This allows us to carefully prepare your library data for conversion and help make your transition into SmartSuite Library as smooth as possible.

What we need from you

Please create a backup from your Libcode program and upload it to us using the secure upload link provided in your onboarding email.

Creating your Libcode backup

1. Open the Libcode program.
2. Run a backup of your system.
3. Make sure you know where the backup has been saved, as this is the folder you will need to send to us.

Preparing the backup for upload

Once the backup has been created:

1. Find the backup folder on your computer.
2. Right-click the folder.
3. Select Send To.
4. Choose Compressed (zipped) Folder.

This will create a zipped copy of your backup that is ready to upload.

Uploading your file

Upload the zipped folder using the secure upload link provided in your SmartSuite Library onboarding email.
