Welcome to SmartSuite Library
We’re excited to help you begin your move from Accessit to SmartSuite Library.
As part of your onboarding journey, our team will need a copy of your Accessit library data. This allows our conversion team to carefully prepare your catalogue records, copies, patrons, loans, and other key information before it is brought into SmartSuite Library.
What we need from you
To begin your conversion, please provide a full backup or export of your current Accessit data.
Depending on how your Accessit system is hosted, this may need to be arranged with your school IT team or directly with Accessit Support.
Requesting your Accessit export
Please contact Accessit Support and let them know that your school is moving to a new library management system and requires a full data export for migration purposes.
You could use wording like:
Hello Accessit Support,
Our school is moving from Accessit to SmartSuite Library, and we require a full export of our Accessit library data for migration purposes.
Could you please provide the required backup/export files, including our catalogue records, copies/items, patrons/borrowers, loans/issues, and any other relevant library data?
If your Accessit system is hosted locally
If your Accessit system is hosted on a local school server, please check with your IT team to arrange a full database backup or export.
Once the backup/export has been prepared, please compress it into a zipped folder before uploading.
Uploading your files
Once you have received or prepared the Accessit export, upload it using the secure upload link included in your SmartSuite Library onboarding email.
If you receive multiple files, please place them into one zipped folder before uploading.
