Using Authority Editor

In Authority Editor, you can view all Authority Files. Authority Files are the key identifiers for your data like, location, sublocation, classgrade, loan types, etc. 

This article will go through the process of accessing Authority Editor and it's purpose. 

1. Head to the System Menu > Configuration > Authority Editor

2. Once in Authority Editor, you can either use the search bar or drop down menu to search for the authority file you want to view. 

3. You can select the 'Edit' icon to edit the Authority File. 

NOTE: You cannot edit ALL Authority Files. If you need to make changes to an Authority File that are not supported within the Authority Editor, please contact the FSI Customer Service Team for assistance.
