Updating Final Borrowing and Expiry Dates on a Classgrade

To update the Final Borrowing and Expiry Dates for a classgrade follow the steps below.

1. Click  -> Configuration -> Authority Editor.

The Authority File search page will appear.

2. From the dropdown at the top left select "Classgrade".

3. Click the edit icon located to the right of the classgrade you wish to edit.

4. Make the desired changes to the Final Borrowing Dates and Expiry Dates and click Save.

The changes will be sent to the patrons allocated to that classgrade instantly.
