Changing Borrowing Status via Global Functions

This article will detail how to apply a bulk change to a patron's borrowing status. 

1. Click the Menu  and select Configuration > Global Functions.

2. This will land you on the list of Global Functions that already exist. This list is divided between Functions created by FSI and functions that you have created, Functions created by me. 

Select the button along the bottom bar to configure your function. 

2. Configure your function to the following & input the Classgrade you want your function to affect.

3. Review your list and make sure it has the patrons that you want to apply your function to.

4. Configure your function to the following: 

If you want to disable patron borrowing, select 'No'. 

If you want to enable patron borrowing, select 'Yes'.

5. Before these changes are made, you can review them in the confirmation window.
