Unlocking Patron via Global Functions

This article will detail how to bulk lock or unlock patrons. 

1. Click the Menu  and select Configuration > Global Functions.

2. This will land you on the list of Global Functions that already exist. This list is divided between Functions created by FSI and functions that you have created, Functions created by me. 

Select the button along the bottom bar to configure your function. 

3. Configure your function to the following & input the Classgrade you want your function to affect.

4. Review your list and make sure it has the patrons that you want to apply your function to.

NOTE: SmartSuite will assume you want to make changes to all patrons on the list. If you only want to change a select few, you need to tick which patrons you want to change.

5. Configure your function to the following:

If you want to lock patron limits, select YES.

If you want to unlock patron limits, select NO.

6.  Before these changes are made, you can review them in the confirmation window.
