Changing Copy Status via Global Functions

This article will detail how to apply a bulk change to the copy status of items.  

1. Click the Menu  and select Configuration > Global Functions.

2. This will land you on the list of Global Functions that already exist. This list is divided between Functions created by FSI and functions that you have created, Functions created by me. 

Select the button along the bottom bar to configure your function. 

3. Configure your function to the following & input the copy status you want your function to affect. 

NOTE: In Function, Copies was selected as this function intends to affect all copies of the same title.

3. Review your results list and make sure it has the items that you want your function to affect.

4. Configure your function to the following & select the Copy Status you want your items to change to.

5. Before these changes are made, you can review them in the confirmation window.
