The FSI Customer Service team will continually monitor all open tickets. But if you are satisfied with the response if a ticket, you can close the ticket by the following steps:
- Click
-> MailBox - Click the ‘Support Ticket’ Tab.
- Locating the ticket in question.
- Clicking the
icon located on your ticket.
