If you’re seeing extra CC users appear in your Mailbox, it’s because their patron role is set to Librarian or Administrator. The system assums that admins on the site should have access to tickets.
Follow the steps below to change their role and remove them from the CC list.
Go to Patron Management.
Click find and search for the user.
Set Role to Teacher (and remove Librarian/Administrator).
Click Save.
Return to Mailbox and confirm they no longer appear in CC.
