1. Click
->Mailbox.
2. Click on ‘Support Tickets’ Tab.
The Support Tickets page will load. This is where you will find all your tickets.
3. Click on the drop-down located at the end of the 'Filter Message by Filter' field.

This will then show you all tickets with the status you selected from the drop-down.
