Adding words and phrases to the 'Forbidden Words' list

To assist SmartSuite in automating the approval of reviews and other end-client engagement tools, our EduSafe Technology policy maintains a Forbidden Phrase list. 

Whilst the forbidden phrase list is comprehensive, local system administrators and librarians may want to add or modify words on the list: 

Process

1) Log into SmartSuite v4.1 as an administrator

2) Click -> Configuration ->

3) Change the Authority File to Word List

4) Type your new forbidden word or phrase into the Word field

5) Click + to save your new entry
